The company operates from their head office located on the 2nd Floor, 24 Jungle Avenue at East Legon in Greater Accra. General Solutions offers quite a wide range of transportation services and engineering solutions.
Our transportation services ranges from vehicle rentals and leasing, corporate transportation, shuttle services. From Passenger vans to compact cars, luxury models SUVs, we can meet your mobility needs. We have two range of services namely, the Chauffeur Driven Services and the Corporate Mini leases. Our chauffeur drive allows you to travel in a safe, luxurious and relaxed way. General solutions also provide short-term corporate mini leases from one month to a year.
Our engineering solutions as a technology driven arm is managed by qualified professionals backed by strong Project Management skills. Our team provide Electrical and Telecom goods and Services, Engineering Supplies and Installations, Steel product and Solar Systems.
Our Team
Office Supervisor
Mr. Philip Kara Mensah is a good communicator who exhibit a great sense of discipline and professionalism in his field of work. He is responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office of General Solutions as Its Office Manager. He performs routine clerical, secretarial, and administrative functions, coupled with customer relationship management and also responsible for processing and monitoring payments and expenditures. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Management Studies from the University of Cape Coast and also an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Chartered Economics. (Part 1, Managerial Economics Option) He has two years working experience in Office Administration and Customer Relationship Management. He has a fair knowledge and work experience in Accounts and Marketing in General. Philip has worked with Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority as a Pensions Assistant and Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolitan Assembly as an Accounts Assistant.
Transport Supervisor
Mr. Maxwell Agyapong is very experienced in the driving profession and hence has an in-depth knowledge in the transport services. He appoints and supervises Technical officers and driving staff as allocated and co-ordinates all transport arrangements for General Solutions in the capacity of a Transport Officer. He also schedules the daily work for vehicles and drivers under his supervision and ensures that vehicles are properly maintained and serviced. Maxwell has ten years working experience in the transportation service. He has worked with Stratcomm Africa as the second in command driver and also Soft-landing Limited, where he was the Chief Driver as well as the Protocol Officer.
